Spoons is a dedicated app for people with chronic health conditions that’s helping them manage their condition, automagically keeps track of how they’re doing and helps them plan ahead through sophisticated forecasting logic. Pain, chronic illness and disability are rarely predictable, but that does not mean we must be slaves to uncertainty.
