It’s not often that one gets customer service one can’t help to be amazed by. My @doxie scanner is one of the most important pieces of tech I own. For scanning the bundles of receipts, dozens of medical records and test results, films, annotated academic papers, handwritten notes and the rest that I process on a regular basis, Doxie has become my indispensable companion. So naturally I was heartbroken when two weeks ago, it stopped working. I am not even sure I was in any warranty period anymore. But once I got in contact with Doxie customer service, they simply replaced it, no questions asked. How cool is that? I love a company that understands how import their products are in the lives of their customers and treat them accordingly. Thanks, @doxie!
